Who we are

Perun Dynamics (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are based in Poland. Contact: mb@perundynamics.space.

What this site does

This is a marketing and technical information site for Perun Dynamics’ micropropulsion products, plus a free electrospray sizing calculator. You can browse without creating an account. You can contact us via the on-site form or by email.

Data we collect

Without analytics consent: we do not set analytics cookies. The site may still use essential local storage for your cookie preference (perun_cookie_consent), which stores only “accepted” or “rejected”.

With analytics consent (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4): we load our GTM container (GTM-TJRJNFHM) and collect approximate usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device/browser type, referral source, and events (for example contact-form submissions and calculator interest). IP addresses are anonymized where supported. We do not use Google Ads personalization or sell personal data.

If you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address and message content to respond. The form is delivered via FormSubmit to mb@perundynamics.space.

Consent — for Google Tag Manager / Analytics cookies and related measurement (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / ePrivacy).
Legitimate interests / contract steps — to respond to contact-form and email inquiries you send us (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via the Cookies page (“Change cookie preferences”).

Third parties

Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, only after you accept. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the United States under Google’s applicable transfer mechanisms.
FormSubmit — processes contact-form submissions so we can receive them by email. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Background imagery on some pages is hosted locally; original photography is public-domain NASA/ESA material. No personal data is sent to NASA for page views.

Retention

GA4 event data retention is configured in our Google Analytics property (typically 2–14 months). Cookie preference in local storage remains until you clear site data or change preferences. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business records.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, or to ask us to delete analytics-linked data where feasible, email mb@perundynamics.space. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).

Children

This site is aimed at professional and academic audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
